The Content & Information team supports college-based careers staff by delivering in-house and third-party careers information through digital platforms as well as provide advice on best practice in using social media and online technologies within careers work.

Content & Information manage and aggregate all social media activity to ensure maximum impact of local input and sharing of generic information. They also promote events, opportunities and careers information across The Careers Group's social media channels.
> Curation and production of careers content including on our online careers library Careers Tagged, and in the form of a set of core career help-sheets covering a range of careers advice topics
> Procurement of third party careers tools that are of benefit to member institutions
> Administration rights for The Careers Group’s existing media channels
