Trevor joined The Careers Group Consultancy in 2012. He has managed a wide range of projects throughout his career, and has more than 16 years of experience in managing teams to meet a variety of targets in corporate and SMEs environments.
Most recently, Trevor spent six years helping to build a small company from three employees to over 30. Developing the sales team, and building the HR and recruitment function from scratch to the appropriate standards, Trevor also updated the operations function. This ensured that it was capable of receiving components from around the world, and fulfilling large contracts from the likes of Tesco and large US retailers such as Barnes & Noble and Nordstrom. He is particularly proud of the company being named "London Business of the Year" in 2010.
Trevor has been active within The Careers Group's corporate consultancy, supporting clients such as The British Medical Association and Prospect Trade Union. Trevor has become known for developing and delivering engaging workshops. Currently he is developing training on management and leadership for internal use and also for the management of interns at London borough councils.
